How do I use the GoodMove app?

How do I book a tempo/mini truck online from GoodMove?
Enter your shipment/logistics requirement in the app and our optimization algorithm will select a vehicle which will be sent to your location based on the time you specify.

How can I track my shipment?
You can live track the vehicle location in the GoodMove app. We will also notify you via SMS on successful delivery of your shipment.

Does GoodMove provide intercity or interstate service?
We are an intra-city service provider - maximum distances of 40-50 km. However, we are happy to match you with our partners for your other requirements.

Does GoodMove provide labour (loading/unloading) service?
Yes. Loading/unloading service is provided at a cost. Along with the driver, an additional helper can be booked at an extra cost. These costs depend on the weight/volume of the goods.

What are the charges for a GoodMove truck delivery service?
Charges depend on weight/volume, distance, and waiting times. Discounts are available if you book in advance and if you provide larger pick-up/delivery windows.

Does GoodMove provide mini trucks like Tata Ace on a monthly contract?
We do not supply trucks/vehicles in contract. We optimise the truck use for each trip.

What types of goods does GoodMove deliver?
We move all types of goods. However, you must inform us if there are hazardous goods being transported.

Can I choose the pick-up and drop-off time? How long does it take to deliver?
Yes. You can choose your pick-up and drop-off times. The wider the window the lower your costs. Delivery times depend on distance and how soon the trucks are loaded.

Can I place a booking in advance?
Yes. You can book in advance but the allocation of vehicle and driver will be made 30 minutes prior to pick-up.

How can I pay the trip fare?
You can pay online or via bank transfers.

Do you serve 24x7 or is there a time limit?
We are here to handle your logistics 24x7 so you can rest easy!

Who pays the toll, parking and other charges?
Tolls, parking charges are extra and to be paid on production of receipt.

Will I be charged anything if I cancel the trip?
We understand the uncertainties under which you operate. We offer free cancellations upto half hour of pick-up time. Minimum distance charges apply if cancellations are done any time later.

What are the GST Invoice, E-way bill and Delivery Challan requirements?
- • GST: will be charged on reverse charge mechanism
- • E-way bill: you are required to file only Part A and we will take care of Part B
- • Delivery Challan: we handle your delivery challans. We also provide SMS based authentication that can substitute for hard copies of delivery challans, thus digitising the entire process.
